WMGT Shropshire – The aftermovie
Ahhhhhh WMGT Adventure #6!
On 30th December I welcomed 70 guests into a Grade I listed Elizabethan Manor house in the heart of the English countryside, Shropshire, for the ultimate Christmas getaway. The biggest WMGT adventure yet.
Our weekend was filled to the brim with group dinners, gingerbread making, christmas tree decorating, mulled wine and ALL the christmas tunes.
We arrived on the Friday, got the WMGT fam bonds underway and then on the Saturday we headed out to an activity centre where I and the guests participated in segway riding, archery and a nightline experience (blindfolded obstacle course in the woods together). It was epic. We all worked together as a team to take on a new challenge and then headed into the local village Much Wenlock for the annual Christmas fayre and to sing our favourite Christmas songs with the choir.
On the Sunday we all headed 15 minutes down the road to Carding Mill Valley where we worked up an appetite for our big WMGT Christmas lunch with a 2 hour walk past waterfalls and sheep a plenty.
I couldn’t have wished for a more magical start to December. The biggest family Christmas I’ve ever had and i’m already ready for next year!
Question is, are you in?
